Aldevinco Shopping Center

Aldevinco Shopping Center, often simply called Aldevinco, is a historic and iconic commercial complex in Davao City, located at the junction of Claro M. Recto Avenue and Manuel Roxas Boulevard. Established in 1965, it was the first shopping center in Davao City and has become a landmark primarily known as a go-to destination for authentic Mindanaoan handicrafts, textiles (like batik and malong), local products, pearls, and souvenirs. While the original Aldevinco location closed its doors in December 2021, many of its beloved tenants have since relocated to Poblacion Market Central, a new and upgraded commercial development nearby that continues Aldevinco’s legacy of promoting local art and culture
